Please contact us prior to ordering! We do offer signs for which proofs are available. We work with our clients from the "concept" phase all the way to final design and delivery. Often, we reference other listings of ours to give the client an idea (sizing, finish, layout, font) of the final product. Please give our "review" section a glance to get an idea of our happy clientele! We are a full design shop and can't wait to get started on your piece!

Our lead times vary based on current order volume and project complexity. With that said, we typically ship our non-stock (custom) items 7-10 calendar days after order placement (and often exceed expectations by shipping early). Some large and complex projects may require 3-4 weeks of fabrication time. Please contact us directly to inquire about item availability or to work with us on a custom piece! Expedite fees are also available and may apply as needed.

We are located in sunny South Florida! Please contact us ahead of ordering to arrange local pickup. We currently routinely schedule pickups/deliveries with local clients.

Once we've wrapped up discussions with you and finalized the details of your order (including specs, pricing, and shipping details), we will send you a custom Etsy listing link that you can use to check out with.

Please contact us immediately! While we take all precautions while packaging up your piece(s), occasionally accidents happen during transit. Please send us one or more pictures of the damage (both of the packaging and the piece itself, if possible), so we can work with the shipping provider directly to resolve the issue. Please keep both the item and the packaging until we can resolve the issue for you!

If you notice that your package hasn't arrived when expected, or appears to be "stuck", please message us immediately. We do keep records of all tracking information and are happy to regularly check status. When necessary, we work with the shipping provider to acquire more information about your package. Often, inclement weather in areas along your transit path will affect shipments, sometimes hundreds of miles away. Believe us when we say that we hate shipping delays as much as you do! Please be understanding that these are generally out of our control but we're of course willing to dig into the details for you!

Yes! As long as they look “natural”! We source our wood locally and each and every raw piece of lumber we purchase contains its own unique personality. No two signs will ever be identical. Personality in wood includes natural knots, small natural cracks, grains, veins, slight bowing, crowning, cupping, splits, etc. We will not ship you a plank that contains unnatural imperfections that may compromise the longevity and integrity of the plank, so if you notice something upon delivery of your plank, please reach out to us directly! Most likely, what you notice is completely fine! Other times, USPS owes us an explanation. Each client loves their wood differently; some prefer very little personality and others prefer over the top personality.
